Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy describes the actual data this website collects and is written in plain language. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not legal advice — have it reviewed before relying on it if you process EU (GDPR) or California (CCPA) resident data at scale.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email, phone number, and project details you enter. If you use the chat widget on our site and ask something our scripted demo can't answer, the question text and the page you were on are logged so we can review and improve it — chat messages are not linked to your name or email unless you separately submit the contact form. If you use the newsletter signup in the footer, note that it is currently a front-end demo only and does not send your email anywhere. We do not use cookies or third-party analytics trackers; the only thing we store in your browser is a single local preference (light/dark theme), which never leaves your device.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry and deliver any services you request. We use logged chat questions only to improve the chat widget's scripted answers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. How Submissions Are Processed
Our contact form and chat-question log are handled by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider, which receives and stores submissions on our behalf and notifies us by email. Netlify's own privacy policy governs how they process that data on their infrastructure. We don't use any other third-party form, analytics, or email-marketing service at this time.
4. Data Security
Submissions are sent over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). We apply reasonable, least-privilege access to who on our team can view form submissions. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our own business records, and delete them on request (see Section 6). Logged chat questions are kept only until we've reviewed them to improve the chat widget.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at lance0145@gmail.com.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to This Policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
